1. All rates are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
2. All rates are nett. Neither service charge nor government tax would imposed.
3. Check in time at 3pm. Check out time at 12 noon.
4. Late check out can be make till 2pm at sharp upon request. Subject to condominium availability.
5. Late check out after 2pm but before 6pm is 50% of the existing rate. While after 6pm is 100% of the existing rate.
6. Cancellation/amendment ~ Booking Deposit is non-refundable. However, the date of arrival can be amend. (Subject to Condominium availability).
7. Early departure must be informed by the time of check in. Otherwise, one night will be charged. Please note that the minimium stay is 1 week (7 nights). Early departure or stay shorter than 1 week (7 nights) would be charged as 1 week (7 nights).
8. Reservation is hold only 3 days from the date of your second invoice.
9. Booking Deposit must be paid within the said period in order to confirm the reservation.
10. Pets are not allowed within the condominium.
11. Smoking is strickly prohibited within the condominium.
12. Breakages Deposit ~ loss and damages of the condominiums' contents would incurred a deduction from your Breakages Deposit.
13. The condominiums' contents included keys, security access cards, all kitchenware, furniture, electrical goods, decoration, condominium structure and etc.
